Site inductions, booked and verified before anyone turns up

SiteInductor replaces the email-and-Word-document scramble with a booking system that checks eligibility up front — so nobody arrives at the gate without a valid Safe Pass.

The problem

Induction requests arrive by email. Someone retypes names into a Word document. Safe Pass numbers go unchecked until the morning of, and a worker who isn’t eligible has already travelled to site. Nobody has a reliable list of who is inducted.

How it works

1

Request a slot

Contractors book their workers into a capacity-limited induction slot. No more email threads.

2

Confirm and verify

Site admins confirm requests in order. Safe Pass and company safety accreditation are checked before anyone is approved.

3

Check in at the door

Workers scan a QR code at the site kiosk. The attendance register writes itself.

What it enforces

Safe Pass expiry is a hard block — no override, ever. Company safety accreditation is checked for both the booking company and the subcontractor. Where an override is genuinely needed, it requires a written reason and a named authoriser, and it’s flagged permanently on the record.
